Strategic Marketing that Converts: Elevating Enrollment for De La Salle

Since 2021, DMG has proudly partnered with De La Salle Collegiate to elevate its brand presence, increase enrollment, and reinforce its standing as a leader in Lasallian education. Our goal was to position De La Salle as the top choice for secondary education while emphasizing its unwavering commitment to academic excellence, inclusivity, and values-based learning.

We began by diving deep into research, analyzing enrollment data, regional demographics, and communication effectiveness. Our audit identified key opportunities to enhance brand clarity, particularly in messaging around diversity and student-centered support. Guided by these insights, DMG developed a revitalized brand messaging platform anchored in the theme “Faith in You”—a narrative that places respect, academic achievement, and inclusivity at the heart of the De La Salle experience.

Utilizing our proprietary Big Picture Landscape®, we created a unified marketing strategy and visual identity that brought cohesion to every touchpoint—from digital platforms to event promotions. This included the development of comprehensive brand guidelines to ensure consistency in tone, design, and messaging.

To reach prospective students and families effectively, DMG launched a digital-first campaign designed to drive engagement and enrollment. We developed high-impact visuals, video testimonials, virtual tours, and dynamic social media ads—all driving traffic to a newly designed admissions portal. The campaign was reinforced by targeted promotions for key events like Pilot for a Day, Future Pilot Appreciation Nights, and the Fall Open House, with personalized landing pages and materials that aligned seamlessly with the refreshed brand.

Results speak volumes: Over 60% of 2022–2023 enrollment was directly tied to our digital strategy. Recruitment events saw record engagement, and the “Faith in You” campaign received glowing feedback from families inspired by De La Salle’s inclusive and forward-thinking approach. Together, we’ve not only shaped a compelling brand but also helped De La Salle Collegiate inspire the next generation of leaders.
