Year at a Glance

2018 wrapped up our 25th Anniversary. Never a dull moment in a world where passion has been the pulse of the diverse sectors we serve. It just doesn’t get better than having the honor to work with clients that are changing the way they recruit, heal, celebrate life, advance manufacturing and technology, produce food and drink, create technology, and entertain with the arts. One thing is certain, there are no two days alike. Although this may not be a recipe for the faint of heart, it fuels creativity and passion for the team at DMG who are driven to create a new normal in communications.

We have been blessed to work in the most vibrant and exciting international region that offers a diverse range of industry and opportunity. Our team has continued to work hard at presenting the best in their day to day while raising families, having babies, facing losses with courage, challenges head on, and embracing opportunity. It has been a pleasure to work with this talented and charged team to serve our clients. This year has been a landmark year for award winning creative and marketing that matters.

DMG takes pride in our relationship-based model that has been instrumental in the development of strategic partnerships. From Canadian Mental Health’s Sole Focus Project to Detroit Medical Center’s International outreach program to advanced innovation with Herdman Technology and Buhl Sports, these partnerships have made significant inroads in the expansion of reach and impact in client communications.

Our team continues to raise the bar; from our youngest member, Brianna, who has recently won the Rotary Award, to our VP Creative Director, Liz Farano, who received St. Clair’s Alumni of Distinction, to Miriah, Shane, Janet, and Andrew with Google certified designation. Team DMG has continued to shine in commitment, advancement, and development internally and with community outreach. We are proud to be an active member of 100 Women Who Care, Trans Canadian Advertising Association TCAAN, and our Women Owned Business certifications internationally. We have won 4 international awards for client work and, beyond awards, we have taken pride in working side by side with our clients to help them reach their goals and objectives. Everyone has kept busy, including Erika and Julian, with a new addition to the family, their son, Austin, and Helena, who also has a new baby son, Xavier.

Passionately driving new ideas, DMG launched our DMoGee program in 2017 for custom emoji’s and avatars that reflect the mission, services, or products for our clients. Our research and advancement team has also developed DMG online and software staying ahead of the curve, ever mindful of the speed of change. 2018 will spark new advancement as we announce an expansion of our team, stay tuned.

A heartfelt thank you to all of our clients and the communities that we are grateful and honored to serve. Wishing all a happy and healthy holiday and may the New Year and 2018 bring the very best to you and yours.
